Some days I feel like I live in a zoo. I can relate to the book "I'll Love you Forever".
If I was paid a dollar each time some one said,
"all boys?"
"They are all yours?"
I would be rich.
Seriously.
Or maybe they secretly feel sorry for me as they see that my grocery store trip is turining into a complete disaster.
What do you say to a mom that has just realized that her cart has been unloaded gradually for the past two aisles?
"All Boys?"
However, when I am able to catch moments like this...
It's all worth it.
You see, this picture is classic. It makes me smile.
Kayden has his fingers linked to Porter's shirt, in an effort to help me out.
Bentley is smiling and waiting, as he knows he will break free and all out run in a matter of seconds.
and for all of you family and friends that have mentioned that my sidebar is not up to date... this will have to do for now :)
see above... it's busy around here.

but definately worth it.
and yes...
they are all BOYS!

Cancun part dos
Here is one of my favorite pictures of the trip.

These two pictures below are of our snorkeling excursion. There are these cenotes all over Cancun. Many of which are underwater caves with stalagmites and stalactites. This tour took us through a couple. Of coarse I didn't bring my camera, so this is what we first came to and where we started the tour. It definitely looks cool with all of the colored lights they have added!

A view from our beach side cabana

We took a sunset catamaran ride. It was awesome! This all inclusive resort was amazing. Drinks were included as well. So we took advantage of all of their virgin possible drinks!
They thought we were crazy!
We thought it was awesome!

The palm trees were so full of these coconuts

The resort had their own private dock and boats. They take a fishing boat out and so they must have bait for these LARGE fish. So, they fish off the dock for smaller fish. I was watching the guy and he asked me if I wanted to try. He was using a piece of fishing line and a hook baited with pieces of chopped up fish. I caught a Grouper, 3 snappers, and a Jack Fish. (The Jack is the silver one) He was super excited about the Grouper. I guess they are really yummy. My guess is he took that one home for dinner :) It was fun though!

This little guy(5 ft) was outside our room in the mornings getting some sun. Cute?

Cancun
Graham, my super awesome husband... made president's club, and earned us an all-expensense-paid trip to Cancun. So thanks to my mom, dad, mother-in-law and family... we left the kids for 5 days!!
Yes, we feel a bit guilty since we missed out on Halloween and festivities, the Homecoming of Sterling (2year mission to chicago), and the Return of my Father-in-Law, Randy (serving in Iraq for the past year)...
bad timing? Yes.
Was it awesome? Definately!

Here are some pictures of our first day in Cancun. We went a day early so we could rent a car and drive to some Mayan Ruins. Specifically, Chichen Itza.
It was amazing to see the History of these people and specifically the people of the Book of Mormon. We requested a guide (that we thought) was an expert on the specific relation to the people of the Book of Mormon... but, while he did point out a few facts... I wouldn't call him an expert.
My favorite were these Pillars that were about 8-10 feet high. Our guide indicated there were 2000 of them. Can you guess what these are believed to have represented?
(2000 Stripling Warriors)
here are a few of many pictures I took.

This guy was amazing. He carves all of these out of cedar. This is a carving of the calander. A little out of my price range. Maybe a picture will suffice.
This tree supposedly represented the tree of life. (it is filled with water inside the trunk) You can tap on it and here the water.

Cute little Kayden

In a conversation over skype with grammy.
Grammy: Hey Kayden where's Kirby? (our crazy dog)
Kayden: Oh, he's probably outside chasing "halloweena" (javelina)
-to which he probably was... who knows.

Classic

Why you ask? Beacause in preparation for this marathon I told Graham to watch out for Danielle! She is amazing. Here she is, with a smile... passing him at mile 23.
Lucky for him... he started late and beat her time by a mere 7seconds.
He was excited to say the least.
(Danielle, you never cease to amaze me!)

The Marathon Recap

At about mile 20 or so my legs started locking up and cramping. I figured out that it was because I was walking through the water stations or talking short breaks. I knew that I had to turn up my speed or I wouldn't be able to run. It worked but nearly killed me.
